These are the prices the booking page uses. The owner can edit every figure from the admin catalog.
Home prices
Residential visits are not taxed. The every-2-weeks column is the published price for that size. Weekly is 20% off the one-time price, every 2 weeks is 15% off when the home is larger than the table, and monthly is 10% off. Discounts round to the nearest dollar.

- The first visit for a neglected home may be billed as a deep clean.
- Deep and move-in / move-out visits are one-time. Recurring frequency applies to a standard clean.

Office visits are booked by estimated hours. Florida sales tax (6% state + 1% Polk County surtax) (7%) is added as its own line. Homes are not taxed.
Recurring office contracts start with a walkthrough. The price is confirmed after that visit.
